Josefine Oqvist (Born July 23, 1983 in Uppsala, Sweden) is a Swedish footballer for Damallsvenskan club Kristianstads DFF and team member of Swedish national team. In 2003, Josefine Oqvist was named the Swedish Rookie of the Year, her nicknamed was Jossan.
In the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup semifinal against Canada, Josefine scored a critical goal at the 86' minute and put Sweden through to the final. In the spring of 2004, Oqvist paying attention for Slitz magazine’s bikini photo shoots.
Josefine was named as a midfielder for the 2008 Beijing Olympics; her primary position is a forward. After the 2008 season, she signed a new two-year contract with Linkoping.
In 2011 she signed with the top attendance team in Sweden, Tyreso FF. Oqvist was a member of the at the 2011 World Cup’s Sweden team, played in all the matches and won a bronze medal.
Oqvist was missed 2012 London Olympics and entire season because of pregnancy. In 2013, she returned to play and joined Kristianstads DFF instead of Tyreso.
