Kirsty Jane Gallacher (born 21 January 1976 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a Scottish television presenter. Kirsty Gallacher is generally acknowledged as the queen of English soccer reporting.
Kirsty Gallacher graduated from the London College of Fashion in journalism and promotion to became fashion journalist. she began working as a production assistant in 1996 at SkyTV then moving on to the position of editorial assistant on Sky Sports.
In 1998,she had her presentation on Sky Sports News then has been associated with many other sports shows such as 90 Minutes, Soccer Extra, Soccer AM and BBC Radio 5 Live's Kirsty and Phil.
From 2000 to 2004, Gallacher hosted the Sky One show Kirsty's Home Videos. In 2002, she presented the morning show RI:SE and in 2004 began the show Simply the Best. She has made guest appearances on They Think It's All Over and A Question of Sport and she is a regular guest on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
In 2005, Gallacher won the third series of the popular Channel 4 reality TV series "The Games". Then she presented the following years alongside Jamie Theakston. In December 2005 she released a DVD "Body Sculpt With Kirsty Gallacher" in which she shows a variety of workouts.
In July 2006, she co-presented the BBC reality TV show Only Fools on Horses. Gallacher presented the new UK Gladiators on Sky One alongside Ian Wright.
In May 2011, Sky Sports News re-launched breakfast show Good Morning Sports Fans with Kirsty Gallacher. She appeared on May 4th during the Afternoon Report.
Gallacher has been a cover girl for the men's magazines Maxim and FHM. She has appeared regularly in FHM's annual 'Sexiest Women' poll.
