Kara Lynn Joyce (born October 25, 1985 in Brooklyn, NY, USA) is an American swimmer and four-time Olympic silver medalist.
In 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Joyce earned a pair of silver medals as a member of the 4×100 m freestyle and the 4×100 m medley relays. In her individual events, Joyce finished fifth in both the 50 meter freestyle and 100 meter freestyle races.
In 2006 NCAA Championships Joyce became the first swimmer in the 25 year history of the Women's NCAA Championship Meet to win the 50 m, 100 m, and 200 m freestyle events. She was on second place with five NCAA titles and Swimmer of the Year honors.
In 2008 Beijing Olympic Games she won silver medals in 4×100 m freestyle and the 4×100 m medley relays.
